2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProMedVantage platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this service.

3. Services Provided

ProMedVantage is a comprehensive platform designed specifically for licensed Medicare agents. Our platform allows agents to:

  • Efficiently compare Medicare Advantage plans through advanced search, sorting, and selection tools.
  • Access market insights that detail major shifts in Medicare benefits and costs.
  • Use the Doctor Lookup Tool to verify facility-related providers across multiple locations.
  • Perform detailed, side-by-side plan comparisons of up to five plans.
  • Stay informed about important benefits such as Chronic Conditions and LIS Cash Benefits.

4. Data Sourcing and Accuracy

We source all data directly from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to ensure that it is comprehensive and up-to-date. However, users are responsible for verifying any plan-related information directly with CMS or other authoritative sources, especially before making client recommendations. ProMedVantage does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information presented and will not be liable for any errors or omissions.

Important: ProMedVantage does not display all data from every plan. The data provided is intended for a quick glance comparison of benefits and should not be relied upon as a full representation of all benefits or costs. Agents must consult the official Summary of Benefits or Evidence of Coverage to see the full details of available benefits and the complete cost structure of any plan.

Agents are required to use the official Summary of Benefits or Evidence of Coverage from the insurance provider when pitching plan options to clients.

5. Agent Responsibilities

  • Licensed Use: ProMedVantage is a tool designed exclusively for use by licensed Medicare agents. By using our platform, you confirm that you are properly licensed to assist Medicare beneficiaries.
  • Due Diligence: Agents are responsible for conducting due diligence when recommending plans or providers. ProMedVantage tools assist with research but do not replace the agent's responsibility to provide accurate, legally compliant advice.
  • User Account: Agents must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to ProMedVantage.

6. Limitations on Liability

ProMedVantage is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from:

  • The incorrect or improper use of information obtained from the platform.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in plan data, doctor lookup tools, or crosswalks.
  • Delays or interruptions in the service.

We encourage agents to regularly verify their information directly through CMS or respective insurance providers.

7. Plan Crosswalk Tool

ProMedVantage provides an integrated Plan Crosswalk Tool to help agents identify 2024-2025 plan transitions and avoid selling plans that beneficiaries will automatically receive next year. However, agents are still responsible for ensuring that the correct plans are sold based on individual client circumstances.

8. AI and Future Features

By OEP 2025, ProMedVantage plans to integrate artificial intelligence into the platform to enhance agent efficiency, including tools that reduce the time spent checking doctor network statuses by up to 75%. Additional premium services, such as prescription data, will be introduced to provide comprehensive Medicare guidance.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Engage in activities that could compromise the platform’s security or disrupt the experience of other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack into any part of the ProMedVantage platform.

10. Disclaimers

ProMedVantage is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or availability of any data or services offered through the platform.

Discrepancies in Figures: All plan-related figures and benefits are provided for agent reference only and may be erroneous. For official and final plan details, agents must consult the Summary of Benefits or Evidence of Coverage provided by the respective insurance carrier.

11. Modifications to the Platform

ProMedVantage reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice. We may also update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any changes.

12. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Termination

ProMedVantage reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate any terms of this agreement. Such termination may occur without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought in a federal or state court located in [Insert State].
